Getting Started

How does AthleteX Series work?

You create an account with your name, select an event you've participated in, choose a card design, upload your photo, and order. We generate a premium physical card plus a digital version you can share online.

Do I need to manually enter my race times?

No. We retrieve your performance data automatically from publicly available event leaderboards using your name. All your splits, times, and rankings are populated for you.

What if my name isn't found in the system?

This can happen due to name variations, typos in official results, or events not yet in our database. We're continuously expanding coverage. You can report missing data through your account.

Your Card

What's included when I order?

Every order includes:

  • One physical card (63 × 88 mm, premium cardstock)
  • One digital version (viewable online, shareable)
  • One animated GIF of your card
  • A unique QR code (printed on the back) that links to your digital card

Can I order multiple copies of the same card?

Yes. During checkout, you can set the quantity. All copies are identical.

What's the difference between the physical and digital versions?

The physical card is a tangible collectible printed on heavyweight cardstock. The digital version lives online permanently, accessible from your account and via the QR code on your physical card. Both show the same design and data.

Can I edit my card after ordering?

No. Once ordered, cards are locked to ensure the physical and digital versions match exactly. You can create a new card for a different event anytime.

Data & Privacy

Where does my performance data come from?

We retrieve data from publicly available event leaderboards. This includes rankings, times, and splits that are already visible to anyone online.

Is AthleteX Series official or affiliated with event organizers?

No. We are an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any event organizer or competition brand. Event names and data are used strictly for identification purposes.

What if my data is wrong?

Performance data accuracy depends on the original source. If you spot an error, you can report it through your account. We'll investigate and correct if possible, but we cannot guarantee corrections for data originating from third-party sources.

What do you do with my photo?

Your photo is used solely to personalize your card. We store it securely to generate your physical and digital versions. We never use your image for marketing or sell it to third parties. You retain full ownership.

Can I delete my account and data?

How long does delivery take?

Digital Access & QR Code

How long will my digital card be available?

Your digital card remains accessible as long as the AthleteX Series service is active. We cannot guarantee permanent availability if the service is discontinued in the future.

What does the QR code do?

The QR code on the back of your physical card links to a public page showing your digital card. Anyone who scans it can view your card, but your personal information (email, account details) remains private.

Can I share my digital card on social media?

Absolutely. Your digital card page includes sharing buttons for major social platforms. You can also copy the direct link and share it anywhere.

Can I download my digital card?
